Some people say Belfast is the biggest open-air art gallery in the world. Why not take a journey with me around Belfast to find out why! I was born in Belfast in the early 70s I have lived through one of the worst conflicts the world has ever seen. Listen to my personal stories, and let me show you the different Murals (wall art) on both sides of the community. I will guide you through the Catholic falls road and Protestant Shankill road giving you a "nonbiased version of the conflict". You will see up close how the hundreds of murals in both communities each telling their own stories and versions of the Northern Ireland conflict more commonly known as "THE TROUBLES". As part of this tour, you will also see Belfast's version of the Berlin Wall known as the "The Belfast Peace Wall". There will be lots of opportunities to take pictures on this tour and also you can sign the Belfast peace wall like thousands of tourists do every year. Come and join me! ITINERARY Pickup from your accommodation or cruise ship Terminal. On this tour you will visit: *Shankill Road (loyalist Protestant murals) *Falls Road (Catholic republican murals) *The Belfast peace wall *Protestant memorial gardens *Catholic memorial gardens. *Belfast parliament building (Stormont) When the tour is finished I will return you to your accommodation or cruise ship Terminal.
